SouthSight Partners is a market intelligence and consulting firm based in Hong Kong. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you interact with our website at www.southsightpartners.com.
We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong ("PDPO") and apply the six Data Protection Principles set out in the Ordinance to all personal information we handle.

How we use your information
We use the information you submit through our contact form solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, do not add you to any mailing list without your consent, and do not share it with any third party for commercial purposes.
We use aggregated website analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, so we can improve content and navigation. This data does not identify you personally.
Third-party services we use
To operate the site, we rely on the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
- Formspree (formspree.io) — processes our contact form. When you submit the form, your message is transmitted to and processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service based in the United States. Formspree forwards your message to our designated email address and may retain submission metadata according to its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) — provides aggregated traffic analytics. Cookies set by Google Analytics are used to distinguish unique visitors.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
How long we keep your information
We retain contact-form submissions for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the exchange, typically no more than 24 months from the last correspondence. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights under the PDPO
Under the PDPO, you have the right to:
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you;
- Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you;
- Request correction of any personal information that is inaccurate;
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
