Yuan Ping

Yuan Ping is the founder of SouthSight Partners, a Hong Kong-based boutique consulting and market intelligence firm helping global companies enter African growth markets and African enterprises expand into China.
Before founding SouthSight, Yuan held senior roles in management consulting at EY-Parthenon, Value Partners, and Huisheng Consulting, advising leading Chinese enterprises, PE funds, VC firms, and multinationals across consumer goods, retail, logistics, and real estate. He has led more than 50 commercial due diligence and market research projects across China and Asia-Pacific.
Yuan holds an MBA from IESE Business School (Spain), a dual-degree BA in Economics from Peking University's National School of Development, and a Master's in Engineering and Bachelor's in Automation from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
