Yuan has more than 8 years of experience in management consulting and financial transaction advisory across China and the Asia-Pacific region.
He has led and participated in over 50 investment advisory projects for China’s state-owned enterprises, large private companies, private equity funds, and venture capital firms. His work has covered commercial due diligence, market research, channel studies, and consumer research across industries such as consumer goods, real estate, e-commerce, logistics, and agriculture.
Prior to founding SouthSight Partners, Yuan worked at Huisheng Consulting, EY-Parthenon, and Value Partners Management Consulting, where he built extensive cross-industry and cross-regional expertise.
